Columbus College of Art & Design is seeking applications for the position of Advancement Operations Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Events, the Advancement Operations Coordinator is responsible for the integrity of the data in Raiser's Edge Database and serves as the contact for Raiser's Edge for the Advancement Team. In addition, this position will execute gift processing, tracking and updating pledges, crafting gift acknowledgement communications and gift agreements. The Advancement Operations Coordinator will be the primary liaison to coordinate the fund information for scholarship awarding to the VP of Enrollment and Financial Aid. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the department's Raiser's Edge specialist.
  • Maintains and updates the spreadsheet for scholarships for annual awarding
  • Creates briefings for President's Office and VP for Advancement
  • Is the point of contact for all questions regarding gifts from the CCAD Business Office to ensure a smooth audit.
  • Provides timely and accurate reports for analysis of fundraising and stewardship.
  • Managing mailings to donors (acknowledgment letters, end of year tax letters, stewardship mailings etc.)
  • Edits gift agreement for donors per instructions from the Prospect Manager
  • Manages the archives of all important gift documents.
  • Implements the stewardship plan for Advancement and President's Office.
  • Runs requested reports from Raiser's Edge as requested.
  • Tracks success of campaigns and solicitation efforts.
  • Manages and updates donor records.
  • Receives ongoing training thru Blackbaud and recommends appropriate training for other members of the Advancement Team.
  • Record all gifts and reconcile philanthropic revenue with the Business Office.
  • Participate directly in data input and develop standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and efficiency of data.
  • Creates donor profiles in advance of meetings
  • Participates in Advancement sponsored events.
  • Keeps track of the track of the budget for stewardship expenses
  • Maintains spreadsheet of Fashion Show Ticket holders, total event revenue and seating chart.
  • Helps with Events as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
