Adjunct Instructor, Acting for Animators

The Columbus College of Art & Design (CCAD) is seeking a Part Time Adjunct Instructor for our Animation Department to teach Acting for Animators, our introduction to acting and translating performances into animated scenes. This class introduces students to Improv and Scripted Acting though acting exercises. Students record their performances and translate them into animated content. The focus of the instructor is on acting. No prior animation production experience is required. However, the instructor should feel comfortable with analyzing the acting in a variety of animated content. Professional acting experience is required. Previous teaching experience preferred. This course is scheduled for Monday and Wednesday, 3:30pm to 6:15pm.
