Patrol Officer 3rd Shift


Columbus College of Art & Design is currently seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of Patrol Officer experience.


The position available is on our 3rd shift, working 12am to 8am (the days off could vary to ensure adequate patrol coverage).  The pay is $13.00 per hour plus benefits which includes medical & dental insurances, and retirement.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Physically secure all facilities and equipment within his/her responsibility.
  • Make scheduled patrols through campus buildings.
  • Maintain the safety of personnel and students while on campus.
  • Complete, maintain and follow up on incident reports.
  • Provide escort service on campus when necessary to faculty, staff and students.
  • Maintain visibility on campus.
  • Take control of critical situations which may require physical intervention.


To be considered for this position; candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of Patrol experience, a valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED and have basic computer skills.
